VILA VITA Marburg GmbH is a multifaceted gourmet world in the university city of Marburg with 15 independent hotel and restaurant concepts. VILA VITA Marburg GmbH includes the VILA VITA Rosenpark hotel with a bar and a wellness area, six restaurants with different gastronomy concepts and the adjacent congress center. An ice cream manufacture with bistro, a delicatessen and the idyllically situated estate Hofgut Dagobertshausen complete the VILA VITA Group. In total, VILA VITA Marburg GmbH employs more than 500 people.
Your Tasks
- Coordination and management of appointment scheduling
- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Professional consultation on our wellness services
- Presenting and actively selling spa products
- Meticulous care and maintenance of the entire wellness area
- Preparing and following up on treatment rooms
- Handling payments and maintaining cash register accounts
Our Requirements
- Experience in customer service, front office, hospitality, or wellness is an advantage
- A high level of hospitality and joy in working with people
- Structured work style and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor when interacting with guests
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
- Friendly and collegial behavior
- Neat and professional appearance
