Wellness area:
Monday to Sunday | 7.00 am to 9.00 pm

Wellness area - family time*:
Monday to Friday | 10.00 am to 11.30 am and 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm
Saturday and Sunday | 8.00 am to 10.00 am and 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm

*During these times, the steam bath and bio sauna are available to families with children (0 - 12 years). Based on mutual consideration and mindfulness, the pool area is available to families all day long.

Saunas*:
Monday to Sunday | 8.00 am to 9.00 pm

*Saunas are a textile-free area. This is why access is not permitted before the age of 13 except during the family time mentioned above.

Fitness area:
For Day Spa guests:
Monday to Sunday | 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
For hotel guests:
Monday to Sunday | 6.00 am to 9.00 pm

Treatments and massages: 
Monday to Sunday | 8.00 am to 8.00 pm as well as by appointment

Cancellation
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the service. For cancellations at shorter notice or no-shows, we charge a fee of 80% of the treatment/stay price. We also reserve the right to cancel the booked treatment 48 hours in advance.
