Our Zirbelstube invites you to linger with traditional German delicacies. Look forward to baked chicken, gently braised beef roulade, golden-brown Wiener Schnitzel, juicy fried trout and a hearty spaetzle pan. To top it off, we spoil you with freshly baked apple strudel or fruity rum pot with AROMA vanilla ice cream.
The kitchen team is continually conjuring up new regional dishes with that little something extra to ensure a real culinary experience. The romantic wood paneling, the atmospheric lighting and the delicate scent of Swiss stone pine give the restaurant a special charm.

Thursday to Monday from 5.00 pm to 10.00 pm
Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
From December 25th to 31st we offer à la carte.
On December 24th as well as a January 1st, the restaurant will be closed.
