VILA VITA Marburg GmbH is a multifaceted gourmet world in the university city of Marburg with 15 independent hotel and restaurant concepts. VILA VITA Marburg GmbH includes the VILA VITA Rosenpark hotel with a bar and a wellness area, six restaurants with different gastronomy concepts and the adjacent congress center. An ice cream manufacture with bistro, a delicatessen and the idyllically situated estate Hofgut Dagobertshausen as well as the vineyard Weingut am Nil in the Palatinate complete the VILA VITA Group. In total, VILA VITA Marburg GmbH employs more than 500 people.
Your Tasks
- Welcoming and check-in and check-out of guests
- Management and organization of the front office team in several shifts
- Ensuring the smooth running of daily operational processes
- Assisting and supporting our guests/customers with inquiries and problems
- Ensuring the quality and efficiency of services
- Coordinating internal processes, e.g. communication between different departments
- Training and induction of new employees
- Responsibility for compliance with standards and guidelines
Our Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel or tourism sector or comparable professional experience
- Professional experience at the front office in a similar position, ideally in an upscale hotel or resort
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a team and maintain high quality standards under pressure
- Good knowledge of common hotel software (Opera Cloud) an advantage
- Flexibility in terms of working hours, including shift work, weekends and public holidays
- Very good written and spoken German and English, other language skills an advantage
